The California Exit Tax attempt would probably fall under the Commerce Clause of the US Constitution. The feds are given authority to make sure that the States behave with each other and don’t do stupid things like throw a tariff on goods or tax people that are going to or through state, or make a blockade.
— Side note on the Commerce Clause. If you look at the parties mentioned in that clause, the People are not named. The parties are Congress, the states, Indian Tribes or foreign nations. So the government has no say over commerce between individuals, even from different states to stop them from selling meat across state lines, for example.

I don’t think Congress will play ball with abolishing the income tax and maybe not even the Department of Education. I think Trump will still put really crappy people around him. In fact, he’s already floated around making Rubio Secretary of State (coming back to this, I think it’s officially announced now). Great another warmonger.

I have a brother that was an EOD for the Army. There is no way that demolition brought down those two towers. The miles of detonation cord required to do that would be sticking out of wall panels and stairwells all up and down each building.

My personal thoughts are that the spirit enters the body when the nervous system and brain start to develops, which is somewhere between the sixth and seventh week.

I’ll have to check my researched figures for the Pfizer shots announcement and when the church knew about it, and how many stocks they bought around that time. It’s poor taste to have a large portfolio built in these pharma companies and then to tell members to get the shot and say it was God’s will.

There are some in the MSM who are now pushing for Biden to drop out now, so Harris can be the first woman president after all. I said if they really wanted it, they could have made it happen well before the election.

A shade of hope is there. Donald Trump Jr retweeted a reply to Dave Smith’s X post about great that no Haley or Pompeo, but it’s not good enough and a big no to war hawks in the cabinet. One podcaster said that before a show they did together, for an hour, Trump Jr talks very libertarian.

That was a very nice BYU team that had Staley and Doman. That was a fun team to watch in the early 2000s, and I don’t really care about BYU. That’s my dad’s team. I didn’t go to BYU and didn’t grow up anywhere near Utah. I’m mostly out of that cultural loop.
