If you’re not an evil person, don’t do that stuff.” He was specifically referring to “adultery, lying, cheating, and stealing” … not smoking, drinking, and other innocent (perhaps youthful) indiscretions which were mentioned first.

The CIA’s Heart-Attack Gun – 1975 (Yes this is real.)
Senator Barry Goldwater of Arizona is shown here holding the CIA’s heart-attack gun during the 1975 Church Committee. The heart-attack gun is a REAL weapon developed by the CIA capable of delivering a high speed dart composed of frozen shellfish toxin. It was designed to pierce the target’s body like a bullet and melt as it delivered the fatal dose of poison into the circulatory system causing cardiac arrest and leaving only a small reddened area where it pierced the skin. This particular murder method would be imperceptible to even the most experienced coroner, especially if they had not been made aware of this possibility.
