My thinking is that Charlie was probably wearing a vest, though there seem to be some videos where you can see him tossing hats and you can see that maybe he isn’t wearing a vest, and can see his nipple through his shirt. Also the reaction with his hands is indicative of the spinal cord severing.
BYU, Deseret Book and News also foster this LGBT and globalist violence environment, and it’s had been allowed to continue through a very hands-off approach from those ultimately in charge, and with a “disagree better” and “don’t rock the boat with Babylon” attitude. Indoctrination allowed to run rampant and no one has the balls to do anything about it.

I follow Phil and have been following through his posts recently. Texas isn’t much better. We have removed Utah from a potential moving location due to the corruption (and population explosion).
I saw another using the reasoning that there was no age limit before, so this at least sets some age limit. Perhaps, sometimes I think baby steps are the way to go, but at least put people on record for not making the limit to adulthood.
And correction to my first post: Charlie was certainly not wearing a vest. And 30.06 would be more devastating to a human neck, imo.
